We obtain our raw materials from selected suppliers with whom we have a long-standing relationship. To ensure the highest possible degree of quality and product safety, we perform extensive quality controls both before and after the goods are accepted onto our production facilities. When doing so, we adhere to strict inspection plans that enable us to check our raw materials for the presence of up to 700 contaminants.
The strictest hygiene rules are in force throughout the entire production process in order to ensure product safety. Continuous analysis and reporting is also carried out for all the critical control points within the production facilities.
The control points are defined and verified using the prescribed hazard analysis system (HACCP) and they are enshrined in our quality management system.
Regular training for all our employees ensures a constantly reinforced awareness of the high level of responsibility and skill involved in the production of food, especially for babies.
The final quality approval for the finished product is also granted on the basis of strict inspection plans. The approval process involves extensive chemical, physical, microbiological and sensory analyses to ensure compliance with the product specifications and the strict requirements for quality and food safety.
